Visit to a family-run farmhouse in the countryside for a hands-on cooking experience, followed by lunch with the food prepared during the class: orecchiette pasta and several other regional delicacies with a glass of wine. 3 Trani, Andria and burrata

Stop at a local farmhouse to discover all the secrets of the world-famous burrata: the family will explain the production process, and the tour will be followed by a rich tasting.

4 Alberobello, Ostuni and masseria lunch

5 Salento and Primitivo – hotel change

Visit of a local masseria that features a 1700s hypogeum oil mill, explanation of the ancient oil production process followed by a tasting of the golden liquid on some taralli. Afternoon tour of Gallipoli, with the labyrinth streets, the old churches and locals still playing cards in every corner of the old town, connected to the mainland by just a bridge.
