1 Arrival
Upon arrival on Sicily island, transfer to Lipari.
- 1 x assistance for the arrival transfer
- 1 x boat transfer Milazzo – Lipari
- 1 x shuttle service to the hotel upon arrival on Lipari island
2 Lipari
(Morning yoga session) Hike past the volcanic rocks of Timpone Pataso to the ancient thermal baths of San Calogero. Then on to Pianoconte to admire the wonderful view of Vulcano Island. (Evening yoga session)
1 x FD hiking licensed guide for Lipari excursion
3 Stromboli at sunset
(Morning yoga session) Transfer by boat to Stromboli, with a stop for a stroll on Panarea. On Stromboli, hike to the observatory on the slopes of the volcano, to observe the incredible spectacle of flowing lava. Evening dish of pasta during the boat ride back to the hotel.

- 1 x boat ride from Lipari to Stromboli and back
- 1 x dish of pasta on board in the evening
4 Vulcano
(Morning yoga session) Boat ride to Vulcano, followed by a climb to the top of the crater to experience the fumarole air streams. After descending, time at leisure to bathe in one of the hot Sulphur springs (charges apply) or relax on the beach. (Evening yoga session)

- 1 x return boat ride Lipari/Vulcano/Lipari
5 Transfer to Cefalù – hotel change
Transfer back to the main island of Sicily. (Evening yoga session)
- 1 x assistance on the transfer back to Sicily
- 1 x shuttle service from the hotel in Lipari to the harbour
- 1 x boat transfer Lipari – Milazzo
6 Madonie Natural Park
(Morning yoga session) Leisurely stroll through Cefalù before a gentle hike up to the Rocca Fortress. Afternoon visit to the village of Castelbuono for a sample of the local wine among other regional delicacies at a local farmhouse. (Evening yoga session)

The hikes range from 2 to 4 hours and are easy to moderate with a maximum vertical height difference of 350 m/1150 ft
