Tour in the footsteps of Dalí: Visit to Girona and Figueres (his hometown). Girona, one of the most beautiful medieval cities in northern Catalonia with origins dating back to Roman times: tour of the Old Town and the Cathedral, built between the 11th and 18th centuries, with the long and wide staircase in front of the main portal, one of the landmarks of Girona. On to Figueres, a city deeply connected to Salvador Dalí. The eccentric Catalan artist was born and also buried here. Visit to the Dalí Theatre-Museum, a work of art in the surrealist style of the artist, emerging from the ruins of the city theatre destroyed in the Spanish Civil War. His grave is-located in the basement of the museum, part of the Dalí Triangle, which also includes his house in Port Lligat (Cadaqués) and the Castell de Púbol.

The city has a rich sense of itself – this is, after all, where La Marseillaise, the French national anthem, originated from – and sitting at the crossroads of the southern French and North African cultures, it offers edgy art, sumptuous history and delicious food.
