Tour through the rolling hills of the Monferrato wine region, with a stop at a local cellar i to taste some pure Barbera red-wine. Afternoon tour of the underground cathedrals of Canelli, a UNESCO heritage site, where the oldest Spumante (Italian champagne) is produced, following a traditional and unique process

Tasting of the local Bicerin, a delightful combination of espresso, hot chocolate, and a layer of frothy milk, at a historical bar in the city centre.

4 Vercelli, rice and beer
